Private Client Resources (PCR)

CEO after sale  leading development of a modern Custodial and Alternative Investment data Aggregation utility.

2015-2017

Consulting

Took an industry break and worked with firms across cloud architecture, healthcare, logistics, distribution and fintech.

2001-2011

CorrectNet

Founder and CEO of VC backed firm.  Created global data sharing utility for the fund administration businesses of 10 brand name global banks.  Leveraged proprietary XML based big data technologies to manage over 6 peta bytes of data in 6 data centers in Caymans, Bermuda, Luxembourg, Guernsey, London and US. 

1994-1996

IntraBode

Founder and CEO.  Developed web development environment that leveraged business object modeling and code generation to automate secure web site creation.  License deals with several companies including Sanderson (global app development).  Formed the platform for Correctnet Global.

2017-2019

Private Client Resources (PCR)

Consultant (and eventually CEO) working with board and management to reimagine their 15-year-old value proposition and reporting  technology. Successfully ran sale to PE and returned capital to 80 founding shareholders.

1996-2001

CorrectNet Global Info Systems

Founder and CEO. Developed early internet technologies to build no-code secure websites (think WIX).   Used to develop enterprise sponsored mass deployment strategies Schwab Advisors (400), Morgan Stanley Hedge Funds (225),  NIST (Federal) (70) - thousands of sites before this was cool. Recapped and sold to VC. 

1986-1994

Mynorca

Founder and CEO. Developed Mortgage Underwriting and Settlement system which was first to produce all mortgage documents via laser printing.  Business grew to 40+ Savings Banks and Mortgage Companies.  Sold to public company Hale Systems.

2012-2014

CoreOne Technologies

President and CTO after sale of Correctnet. Asset was sold to MarkIT IHS short thereafter.

ABOUT MICHASHA

My youngest son Michael is an inspiration.  He is optimistic, kind and creative.  Natasha, his mother, a power.  The name Michasha is said to mean "friendly, poised, of an affectionate nature and with a quick, discerning mind".   But what of the Blueberries?  This is my son's reference to three of us hugging and our apparently oversized heads.  Goodnight Blueberries:)
